Ohmmeter

I searched the net for a good Ohmmeter to do some electrical tests as the manual suggests (I've narrowed by headlight and horn problem down to a bad circuit or bad connection, they work fine when hooked up to a battery). The only ones I could find were on e-bay and I'd at least like to see what a new one costs before I get one off of e-bay.

Any of you have any ideas on where one might find a garden variety Ohmmeter just for testing circuits and wiring for the savage? Is an electrical store better than an automotive one? Thanks in advance.
